Some items are not returnable or not returnable to the address on the box or are if the box was ruined during shipment. Some items are replaceabe and I have had very good luck in that area. I have not yet had any issues that have not been resolved. In 2 years I have only had 3 items that where not up to standards and 2 where replaced and one was refunded.
